The ball attached to the cord did not pass the small ball test. The small part could be swallowed by a child and presents a serious risk of choking. The plastic packaging was also less than the minimum prescribed thickness, presenting a risk of suffocation. The product also contained a pull cord with a length of 385mm, in excess of the maximum 300mm, presenting a risk of strangulation. The cord also contains a sphere at the end which could allow the cord to tangle.
