Flagging Online Listings of Unsafe Products
We help identify, report and track unsafe products sold on online marketplaces. Our mission is to protect consumers and support enforcement agencies.
OPSS campaign: My safety, online shopping
The Office for Product Safety and Standards (OPSS) has launched a new campaign to help people spot unsafe deals on online marketplaces and make quick checks before they buy. FOLO-UP builds on the same idea by checking live listings against recalls, safety alerts and obvious red flags.
This Christmas you can:
- read OPSS guidance on how to shop safely on online marketplaces
- use FOLO-UP to check a gift before you buy it
- report unsafe products you have already bought
Ask FOLO-UP to check a Christmas gift
