The small part can be detached by a child and is capable of fitting in a small parts cylinder, presenting a serious risk of choking for children. The plastic packaging bags average plastic sheeting thicknesses of 0.024 mm and 0.025 mm, less than the prescribed minimum thickness and presenting a risk of suffocation.
